Out and about in Fareham

I’ve been a political campaigner since my mum roped me into delivering her leaflets for her Council elections in the early 1990s.

I stood for Parliament in the 2005 General Election against Keith Vaz MP in Leicester East, and after that, in the 2012 Greater London Assembly elections supporting Boris Johnson as London Mayor.

During these campaigns, I’ve fought to secure a new health centre for local people, led petitions for more police and campaigned to protect a local post office.

Here are a selection of photos from my time meeting people on the campaign trail here in Fareham, including visits to Portchester Market, CEMAST, Fareham Community Hospital, Lockswood Bowling Club, Swanwick Marina, my Meet Suella events, the Rainbow Centre, and helping other local campaigns in Southampton Itchen and Portsmouth South.
